Angela Wallace is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with the College of Dietitians of Ontario, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition and a Master’s degree in Applied Human Nutrition. With specialized training in motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy for weight management, Angela focuses on empowering women to feel their best and boost their energy levels at every stage of life—from pregnancy and postpartum to peri-menopause and beyond. She is particularly passionate about helping women improve gut health and achieve lasting, balanced weight management.

Angela’s work with families spans all ages, starting with introducing solids and supporting parents managing food sensitivities like cow milk protein allergies and FPIES. She loves guiding families through common challenges, such as picky eating, fueling young athletes, and simplifying family meals, helping parents feed their children with confidence. In her part-time role as a professor at Humber College, Angela shares her expertise with students, blending her love of teaching with a commitment to practical, evidence-based care. All her services can be offered virtually, making it easy for women and families to access support.
