Will include full body exercises utilizing your stroller and a light set of weights.
Classes will be outdoors at a Bolton/Caledon park - exact location TBD.
45 minute classes - Thursday's from 10:45-11:30am
This 5-week series run from May 16th - June 13th. Should it be raining on one of the days, we will extend the series by a week or a make up class will be provided.
